1.1 Company referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Jindal Smart Solutions
1.2 Smart Appliances The devices that will automate the electronic devices at home
1.3 Services Hardware and software provided by us
1.4 Purchaser Means you/yours or Customer who wants to avail our services
2.1 Agreement means acceptance of terms and conditions of the company by the purchaser with mutual understanding with us for the supply of goods mentioned in the quotation to the purchaser
2.2 Services are deliverable only if you accept terms and conditions without any modification
2.3 The Company reserves the right to amend the terms at any time by posting a revised version on the company’s website without giving notice to you
2.4 The Company shall not be bound by any order until delivery of any hardware or software or performance of any services has commenced (whichever happens first)
2.5 The Company may cancel the order without giving any explanation before the delivery of the product
2.6 Changes must be agreed in writing. No other terms, or subsequent changes shall apply unless agreed in writing and signed by both parties
3.1 Six months warranty in case of any technical issue starting from the date of the delivery
3.2 Warranty will not be honored if physical damage to the appliance or customer tries to open the appliance
Both parties will not disclose the other party's information to a third party or take advantage of it without prior permission
5.1 Prices are exclusive of GST, delivery charges
5.2 Prices are exclusive of any installation, Purchaser has to bear the cost of installation
5.3 Prices of products can vary on order confirmation depends upon the market of raw material. The Company will inform the same to purchasers about it. Purchasers will have the right to deny buying the product.
5.4 Company reserves to change to the total price if quantity to be delivered varies than quotation. Price is based on the quantity.
5.5 Prices are subjected to the Place of delivery; costs can vary if any change in the delivery address.
6.1 Access: You agree to provide the full access to area and equipment to perform necessary services
6.2 Power Back up: It is the responsibility of the Customer to provide the power back to Central device
6.3 Password Access: You agree to provide the password which is require to install the product
6.4 Internet Connection: You must have an activated internet connection. You must provide if any network device required, e.g., a router to cover the whole house for an internet access.
6.5 Drilling: You agree to allow drilling the wall if required for installation
7.1 Schedules will not work in the absence of electricity
8.1 Payment in advance unless otherwise agreed by the company. Company has the right to hold the dispatch of product if payment is not made
